the location
the total amount that was hold during the reservation that till now i haven’t receive. Although the staff has explained that amount has been refunded but till now i had checked with my bank and the hold was actually a purchased and i had to wait for a month if it will be refunded or not if im not able to monitor it. The hotel management should check on this so not to pay twice. I dont get it but why the needed of holding the whole amount. Im not sure when to have it back hope the management can do something about it..
