The Mantra Heritage was in such a convenient place for a wonderful holiday and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room smelt a little musty when we arrived. I would try and get another apartment next time.

The location is excellent- walking distance to everything. The bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable.

I thought the website said the pool was heated- it didn't feel heated. The overall room and entrance to room feels a bit run down.

The location is great, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Water pressure in the shower was very good.

The layout of the property is terrible in terms of accessibility. Beware if you are travelling with anyone with mobility issues, older people or little children. Housekeeping was not responsive. We requested fresh towels halfway through our 7 night stay and after waiting all day and three follow up messages to housekeeping the reception staff went and sourced them for us. The pools were not heated. One was slightly warmer than the other. Our room was a swim up to the colder pool and we did not use the pool at all during our stay as the weather was not hot enough for such a cold pool. The property did not feel very secure as room card access is not required in the lift located off the Main Street to access levels of the property where rooms were located. This felt like a big oversight. There also seemed to be a big discrepancy in the quality of the rooms. Two different family members we travelled with needed to call maintenance to fix issues in their rooms on day 1. Our room had little airflow as the fan in the living area could only turn at a slow speed, which did little for our comfort.
