Location, view, size of rooms, decor.
No one at the desk, although no trouble with the way they do things. Lift up the phone and two rings you have a happy cheerful helpful person to assist with check in and questions.

It’s in the perfect location and the rooms are always nice
There was never any staff around. There was no access to the building via either of the two doors on the Main Street. You could only access the rooms via the car port which having to walk past bins that stink.
