La habitación muy bonita y muy limpia, solo pasamos una noche pero la verdad que repetiríamos! Está en pleno casco histórico y muy cerca hay un parking gratuito.

Didn’t have breakfast as we prefer to go out. The location was perfect as was the room and the staff couldn’t help us enough (we’re 75 and 80 - but both still fit) everyone was so kind. We will def go back as we only had 2 nights there and is so much to see and do.

A beautiful building. The receptionist couldn't do enough for us. Terrific location.
Satnav/GPS couldn't find it, so we ended up parking about 400yds away and walking. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist marked on a map the route that we should have taken to free parking, just yards from the hotel. Also couldn't access the internet from our room and had to sit in reception to get a good signal; although the receptionist did say that that was unusual so perhaps they were having a technical problem.

Beautiful building, well located.
Broken shower. The overhead shower, almost 3 metres high, leaked badly. The hand-held shower was broken and couldn't be used. I complained about it on day one, but in a 3-day stay it wasn't repaired and the hotel offered no compensation at all. I find this totally unacceptable.
