Very poor customer engagement

Lovely hotel. Definitely 5 stars. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend it.

The only criticism is that the cooked buffet breakfast was lukewarm rather than hot.

First of all the location. Friendly reception staff. E case car easy access, what is not case in many other hotels located in centre of historical city.

Poor breakfast. Perhaps because there were not so many guests. Furniture's and other equipment not in range for a 5 star hotel.

great location, beautiful historic building

they gave us the room in what it seem it used to be the attic , the wifi didn’t work there , banged my head late at night when I went to the bathroom with one of the attic wooden ceiling pillars. after calling several times they finally offered to move us to another room at about 11:30 PM and by that time my husband was already sleeping so we couldn’t move . the ac didn’t work well and the room didn’t have any windows only two ceiling lights which you couldn’t see anything out. it’s supposed to be a five-star hotel but the service was more like a one star. The restaurant had a very slow service and the food was terrible
