Rude and not worth the money

Clean enough

The man was rude and charged a late fee even tho I asked hours in advance if it was ok to arrive at 9pm and he agreed then charged a huge fee. The breakfast was a few crackers and jam/packaged things. Stayed here to be close to airport on our last night but I’d Would rather just stay in Rome it’s cheaper and easier to get to .

Near the sea, free of pay beach, comfortable bed, cooling fan works, WiFi works perfect, hot water all the time, cold water is drinkeable, market and shops not far from, friendly owner. Sea port is near. Easy to reach to the airport.

1) Breakfast was really cheap; just packaged sweet stuff 2) The host was not at the hotel; we waited like 15 minutes outside under the cold temperature and exhaustions even though let him know about our arrival time in advance. 3) The room did not at all look like the photos; the room was not ocean view, smaller and darker than it looked. 4) There was bits of hair left in the bathroom sink; it looked like shaved beard or something but it was disgusting. 5) The host asked for money for driving us to the airport; We asked the host to call the taxi, then he offered to take us to the airport instead with 30 euros. Later I learned that you can’t charge people if you don’t have a license for a business ride in Italy. So it was illegal.

DONT GO THERE!!!! We had an awful experience, we got there late due to our plane and I had messaged the property a few days prior to let them know what time we would be there. When we got there we were stuck out the front for at least an hour trying to call them only for no one to answer. After an hour of calling we finally got onto them and they still asked us to pay for the 30€ for late check in and we argued with that and he said some rude smart ass things to me (still had to pay after all that). The next day my partner and I were getting into the shower and the man who owns the place unlocked our door and let himself inside without knocking!!! We were naked! I had to hide behind the door while my partner had a towel around him and he didn't even apologise all he said was here breakfast for tomorrow and gave us a couple of biscuits that's all breakfast is by the way.instead of apologizing he actually has a go at us for leaving the key in the door. The bathroom was dirty and the bin hadn't even been emptied. I would never go there ever again he was such a rude man and the place was filthy. Not value for money at all, more like a bloody rip off

Cheap, nice location close to the beach. Room was spacious amd decent shower.

When we arrived there was nobody at the location so I had to ring the number on booking.com to speak to someone but they didn't understand English but eventually understood I was at the property. I had to call an Italian friend to translate some points as we wasn't given much information etc and were to leave the keys on departure. Breakfast which is included is literally just some savory items which is left in a tray for you so a little disappointed with that. No reflection on this B&B but for guidance, we was asked for 90 euros upfront at the airport to get to the B&B which was a con. The price is roughly about 30 euros so be careful when getting a taxi

it was not so good for the price, it was actually very below average..for example, we had a room in the centre of Rome, it looked way better, we had AC in the room and for the same lenght of time we paid half the price

The proximity to the sea was great, Luigi and his daughter were friendly and helpful. Area was quiet at night with sounds of surf. Happy to have an ensuite bathroom and access to kitchen!

A little bit of a rough start with confusion about dates and two single beds rather than double bed. A suggestion for Luigi, provided ‘breakfast’ could be caffé and croissant at a nearby café. Our Airbnb in Tuscania did that and it was a great start to the day and provided interaction with locals.

Boa localização para quem vai ao aeroporto de Fiumucino, ou usufruir da praia (bem pertinho). O café da manhã na verdade são bolachinhas e biscoitos já deixados no quarto, e cápsulas de café para auto-serviço.

Melhor não oferecer o "café da manhã", reduzindo a valor da hospedagem, pis não é possível ser considerado um breakfest.

Zimmer Top - Frühstück Flop

Super schnell am Strand von der Unterkunft aus und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. (Kleines Manko: Die Gegend selbst wirkt ärmlich und die Straßen sind recht dreckig und geruchsintensiv.) Am Strand ist man mitten unter italienischen Familien und hat trotzdem die Möglichkeit Liegen und Sonnenschirme auszuleihen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage tat ihren Dienst.

Das Frühstück sollte man auf jeden Fall nicht buchen - es ist ein Tablett mit Zwieback und Aufstrich (Foto hänge ich an). Bei Bed&BREAKFAST erwartet man frisches Brot o.ä. Da kann man bei umliegenden Cafés sicher besser frühstücken. Obwohl ich meine Kreditkarte für die Zahlung über Booking hinterlegt hatte, sollte ich vor Ort den Zimmerpreis am besten bar bezahlen. Da ich so viel Geld nicht bei mir hatte, gab es widerwillig seitens des Vermieters noch die Option der Kartenzahlung - allerdings gegen Aufpreis. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Wie gesagt, das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber - bis auf die Bettdecke. Und der Klodeckel passt nicht auf die Schüssel, daher verrutscht man damit. Duschgel/Shampoo wären schön gewesen - mussten wir im Supermarkt kaufen. Wir waren anschließend noch in einem anderen B&B und das war doch ein großer Unterschied - es gab ein richtiges Frühstück, einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, einen Safe, Duschgel etc.

Struttura ristrutturata da poco, ma veramente essenziale.

Colazione praticamente assente, al più potrebbe chiamarsi kit di benvenuto. Presenza di brutte tovaglie di plastica su tavolinetto, abat-jour nell’armadio (!?) e un terzo letto richiuso coperto da una stoffa. Manca una mensola in bagno per posare i vari oggetti. Cassaforte dietro armadio e quindi inutilizzabile.
