Convenient

Location was good for the purpose of the trip - staff was friendly and brekfast was good. They did whatever was in their hands to ensure me and my kids had what we needed. Thank you.

The bed was not comfortable, nor the pillows. I did not ask for a replacement, the trip and stay in the hotel was so short that I though was not worth the trouble of calling.

We loved everything about this hotel: it’s clean, easily accessible, the personnel is nice and attentive, and we slept well! It’s also pretty silent, considering its location right next to the highway.

No propiamente que no me haya gustado lo único es que no ofrecen en el restaurante en cuanto a té se refiere solo de manzanilla, no tenían agua de sabor y la carne vegetal aunque está en el menú no había.

La habitación no tiene teléfono, así que para hablar a recepción tuve que usar mi celular. • Llegué al restaurante a las 22:48 y ya no quisieron darme servicio de cena. • La televisión no tenía señal y, además, es tan antigua que no permite conectar el celular ni usar servicios de streaming, así que tampoco pude ver mi propio contenido. • En la habitación hacía mucho frío y el aire acondicionado no calentaba, por lo que estuve incómodo toda la noche. • A pesar de llamar a recepción para reportar todo, no me dieron ninguna solución. • Cuando bajamos a la alberca, el agua estaba turbia y se veía sucia, nada que ver con los estándares mínimos de higiene que esperas en un hotel de este tipo. En general, el servicio y las instalaciones estuvieron muy por debajo de lo que uno espera de un hotel de esta cadena. No recomendaría este hotel ni regresaría.
