    When you stay at any hotel there is only one important thing people or the customers want and thats comfort. The pillows were terrible soft not supportive or firm and I couldn't sleep this was a bad experience and its paramount that the comfort of any bed in any hotel is done right people won't return if its not comfortable. Hotels need to understand the importance of this. So im disappointed in the quality of beds and pillows.

    These way a serious sanitation incident that happened while I was staying there. The manager Mr Poo handled it well. I was shocked with what I saw in lobby but the manager made things right.

    We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it totally. Staff’s attentiveness and hotel atmosphere made us feel safe and taken care of. We didn’t get to try F&B unfortunately but service by counter staff JOHN (hopefully I got his name right) and lobby staff KORN and GOTTI made our days:)
