It was simple and nice

A noisy and dirty hotel.

The staff were great, but the hotel was pretty poor

This is a noisy hotel. We were given room on the front, overlooking a busy road, so we asked for a room at the back looking over the garden. The staff gave us this, but then we had noise from the beer garden and loud drinking parties. Seems this is just a noisy hotel. Room was very small, and balcony was very dirty....

good value for money

friendly staff, convenient location within walking distance of park and old town as well as walks within vineyards and forest. nice view from room balcony. parking outside hotel with convenient night entrance for carrying luggage up. large room (suite). suite was £90 which is still £20 cheaper than the smallest room in hotel next door of same age and style - great value for money. did not take breakfast. there is a large bakery to sit in located right next to hotel with large windows. interior is a bit dated but does the job and ist clean.

kettle was available on request only, fridge was not working.

There was parking but it was not good. The area immediately outside the hotel, including the parking area, were extremely shabby and put one off immediately. Once inside all was well.

The front desk night shift girl...trying to sale their room more then it show on booking.com few times! We left but had to come back cause of the bad weather knowing they would somehow scam us with something else after... and they did by charging for our service dog! Trying first for 15 euros and settle for 10! Avoid this place until they fire these 2 employees that one pretend to be the manager!

Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located

Great location near to amenities but still quiet and relaxing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and well lit. Staff friendly.

No air condition so was a bit warm and stuffy overnight (unexpectedly warm day - a hot summer would not be so comfortable). Not sure if anyone spoke English, we managed with my limited German but might be tricky if not (plus to be clear, I didn’t ask)

Beds very comfortable. Shower/WC very clean. Shower worked very well. Towels very clean. Only short distance to restaurants in town. Kind receptionist boiled a kettle to refill our thermos.

Parking difficult, all taken up at 19.00 h local time. The exterior looked uninhabited, neglected and tatty. I realise times are difficult because of Corona, but it was not value for money and not very welcoming.

Für das was wir auf dem Plan hatten war es okay!

Unser Ziel waren die Südpfalztherme ca. 100 m dahin. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war auch okay.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad müsste saniert werden mit Badewanne ist nicht mehr optimal. Die Zimmer sind überholt worden.

Ich war rundherum sehr zufrieden.

Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sauber, zwar etwas klein und die Ausstattung schon etwas älter. Es hat aber alles funktioniert und einem schönen Blick auf den Kurpark. Der Frühstücksraum ist hell und man hat einen Blick in den Garten. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut.

Dass es eine Pfalzkarte gibt, mit der man viele Vergünstigungen hat, habe ich erst von einem Gast erfahren und das wäre sicher sehr sinnvoll gewesen, diesen Hinweis gleich beim Einchecken zu bekommen. Zum Glück war es für mich dafür noch nicht zu spät.

Die Nähe zur Südpfalz Therme

Hotel ist alt und abgewohnt. Müsste saniert werden. An unserer Zimmertür fehlte ein Teil der Zimmernummer. Duschschlauch war beschädigt, Heizung in der Nacht sehr laut. Allgemein nicht einladend!

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Bad sehr klein, Bodenfließen Risse drin, unter dem Waschbecken ist Wasser hochgedrückt (Ist wohl ein bekanntes Problem gewesen, nachdem wir das an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten), Dusche sehr klein, alles noch 70/80ziger Charme, ziemlicher Renovierungsstau, Matratze weich, Zimmer jedoch sauber, schöner Balkon

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Ich würde wiederkomme

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig.

Das Essen war gut. Salz und Pfeffer zum Nachwürzen waren nicht am Tisch. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Joghurt und Pudding waren kaum zu unterscheiden und schwer zu finden. Auch zu den gekochten Eier gab es kein Salz.

Eigentlich müsste ich mein Geld zurück bekommen!

Frühstück war gut, auch der Frühstücksraum war ansprechend.

Die ersten beiden Nächte waren katastrophal, so ein Zimmer wie das meine kann man niemanden mehr zumuten. Ich habe mich geekelt! Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, hatte ich dann, aber erst eine Tag später,ein besser Zimmer bekommen. Das Bad war allerdings genau so mies!
