The apartment was large and clean. Access using all door codes appealed to us.
We feel it should not be called a ‘Bed & Breakfast’ as guests are only provided with a 5 euro voucher to use in the pastry shop downstairs. This hardly covers the cost of a hot drink and one pastry, and does not provide the quality breakfast one associates with a ‘Bed & Breakfast’.
The wifi was patchy and while we didn’t mind it, guests may find the roadworks out front noisy.

It had a great location, near everything. Very convenient to walk to restaurants, sites, and anything you desire.
Major construction right in front of the unit and it is very loud in morning with large equiptment so using the balcony doing the day is not ideal and not a great view when you look out anytime. You have to keep the shutters closed when trying to get ready because they can see right in your place.

It was a large room in a fabulous location. Amazing view of the amphitheatre. Hosts were responsive to queries.
The bed needs a new mattress in my opinion. One of the chairs needs looking at, when sitting, you almost 'fall through'. There is more excavation work being done on the amphitheatre, which means noise and dust rendering the balcony unusable.

The location was great and breakfast was nice.
We stayed for two nights. The TV didn't work, the WiFi was poor, the loo flush was dodgy, the sheets had small holes in them, the towels weren't changed but the per night price wasn't reduced. The electrical arrangement was strange because none of the sockets accommodated a large three pin plug and the only place we could plug in was an adapter provided for a floor lamp but to get power to our plug board the light had to be switched on so not that useful for charging our toothbrushes overnight!
