The property looked like a palace inside, the room was very ample with space, it sat in the center of the historic area, very centrally located. The staff were wonderful from check in to check out. Mario, Rosalia and the other ladies that unfortunately didn’t get their names were so friendly and efficient with suggestions. We were leaving before breakfast started and Mario made sure we had something to eat before leaving.Thank you!

Great location and it is a beautiful palace.
The staff is very kind and helpful.
There was a parking arrangement that helped us a lot with the car.
The breakfast is very very good. fresh croissants with variety and freshly made coffee. The dining rool is very beautiful as well.
Our room is was also quite big and beautiful.
We stayed at a room with private external bathroom, and the bathroom smelled of mold and it was very uncomfortable. The towels were also dried in a moldy area and smelled very bad.
The parking was communicated to us when we came for check in, even though we wrote a message and a mail beforehand to find out, which meant coming to hotel going to somewhere else and coming back to the hotel again after tiring driving.
All these aside, the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and were very kind and nice.

The hotel organised a transfer from the airport which was helpful as my plane was delayed and I didn't arrive until late. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable and air conditioned. They offer a lovely breakfast too.
