Spasmata Village - Seaside Stone Maisonette Spacious & Quiet Only Adults

The location is great, easy drive to Argostoli, and the beach is literally next to the house. It’s a nice beach too, clean, with sunbeds and a canteen where you can grab water and drinks. The maisonette is spacious and the area is calm and quiet. Pet friendly, which mattered a lot for us. The staff were helpful and quick to respond.

The house is right next to the flight path. Planes come and go often and it’s loud, you can hear them clearly from inside, you could practically touch them. If you’re okay with that it won’t bother you, but it’s worth knowing before you book. The bigger thing for us was privacy. The maisonette got scorching hot inside during the day, and staff would come in to turn off the A/C even if we’d only been out for 30 minutes. So we’d come back to a boiling room with our pet inside, when what we wanted after a full day out was somewhere cool to relax. They also came in while we were inside and I wasn’t dressed, and they weren’t very patient about it, to put it politely. That made my friend feel unsafe and it’s the main thing I’d want changed. There was also a bit of mould on the stone in the bathroom. We kept the window open all week so it was fine, but someone should look at it. For what we paid, we expected more freedom to use the place as our own. That’s where the value fell a bit short for us.

Nagyon szép kis kompakt házak, csendes, a tengerpart( gyönyörű, úszásra, pihenésre alkalmas) 3 perc séta, ahol van vízi sportolási lehetőség is. Nem tudok rosszat mondani a helyről ! Jerry, a tulajdonos az egyik legjobb szállásadó, mindig ott volt, ha segítség kellett.

Blízko letiště, blízkost pláže, klidné prostředí, příjemný a ochotný servis, milý majitel s rodinou ochotný pomoci s čímkoli. Byť letiště je blízko a odletová dráha na dohled vlastně letadla nerušili a noční klid je dodržován cca od 23 do 8 do rána. ( ut,čt,so trochu silnější provoz). Pláž písková dlouhá s málo lidmi a super bistrem.

The beach is really nice. Its a very good value for the money you pay. Houses look extremely nice from the outside. Everything was very clean. A handy recommendation: We were terrified with the road that Google Maps suggests to get to the property - it's extremely narrow and steep, truly only for experienced drivers. But we figured out that you can drive around the airport area and arrive to the property from the other side, which is 5 minutes longer but much more pleasant.

We were suffering from mosquitos to the extent that we couldn't sleep. There are very few mosquito nets that were not working properly. The AC in the bedroom upstairs is quite loud so you're either really hot or you are being woken up by the noise. Plus the stairs to the bedroom were quite dangerous. Moreover, we were missing a kettle for boiling water.
