Spasmata Village - Seaside Stone Maisonette Spacious & Quiet Only Adults

The Cottage felt very homely and private. Jerrys communication was fantastic. Anything you needed and he was there. The welcome bottle of wine, water and juice was very welcome. Jerrys restaurant recommendations were fantastic. Very rustic feel and quiet location. The novelty of being by the runway was great as well. 2 great beaches within 5 minutes of the cottage.

The stairs were a little steep and needed extra care when using them. The shower area could be a little bit bigger.

Bed was really comfy, really close to the beach like a literal 2 minute walk , there's a small bar on the beech that also sells coffee and some snacks and very reasonable prices , the owner was very nice and friendly , it felt really safe and a good location, very peaceful and quiet ,the air-conditioning was excellent, there was a cold bottle of white wine in the fridge on arrival and the location was really good a 5 minute drive to the airport, and local shops. we hired a car for the week and there's plenty of parking on site and its easy to navigate across the island from there . Mosquito nets on all the windows and a Mosquito diffuser kept the pests away lovely outdoor area to relax in the evening and a balcony upstairs as well , it is close to the airport but the planes don't leave really early or late so we weren't disturbed by them at all , so don't let that put you off coming here

Shower curtin could have been a little longer so the floor didn't get wet , but there was a floor drain and its hot , so nothing stays wet for long

The beach is really nice. Its a very good value for the money you pay. Houses look extremely nice from the outside. Everything was very clean. A handy recommendation: We were terrified with the road that Google Maps suggests to get to the property - it's extremely narrow and steep, truly only for experienced drivers. But we figured out that you can drive around the airport area and arrive to the property from the other side, which is 5 minutes longer but much more pleasant.

We were suffering from mosquitos to the extent that we couldn't sleep. There are very few mosquito nets that were not working properly. The AC in the bedroom upstairs is quite loud so you're either really hot or you are being woken up by the noise. Plus the stairs to the bedroom were quite dangerous. Moreover, we were missing a kettle for boiling water.
