Its location. It was so close to the beach, you could watch the sunset from your balcony
It’s a bit far if from grocery stores if you don’t have any sort of transportation

Overall the appartement location is great, quiet , clean, green, near the beach and also a great host. The airport provides noise only at take off or landing and there are not that many during the day. There is enough parking on the premises and for the 1st floor apartments there is a sea view. The beach is just 2 min walking and there is an outdoor shower to clean up before heading in the rooms
Missed having a "living room space" in our room on the ground floor and would maybe suggest a longer shower curtain but other than the above the room is great.

Casa spaziosa, attrezzata, con un bello spazio esterno. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Vicino alla spiaggia ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere anche il centro di Argostoli in 10 min di auto

It is very close to the airport (the airplanes land and depart until 11pm and it is quite noisy) and the beach is 2 minutes away, not a nice beach but very good for families with children. You have two balconies each with a drying rack.
The apartment was clean.
The pictures on the website are deceptive when we first arrived I was a bit taken aback, the apt is very small, the kitchen as well. The mattresses were horrible and the pillows too, the only good thing I can say about the beds is that they were clean, bed sheets too. Towel change is once every 3 days and they didn’t like when I requested more before towel change day.
