The location was quite good between Budva and Kotor. The staff were pleasant

The rooms were not clean, there were bugs around the place. The bedsheets weren't as clean, with stains. In addition, the breakfast was really not up to standrads both in terms of variety and quality

Warm welcome, offer of a family room

Breakfast was not like in the foto on booking, it was dearty, we have to ask for everything what was empty and it was 9am, breakfast is until 10am. The pool was in a not good situation, was not clean and in the last day it was closed because of maintenance work ( off seasons would be a better time) The reason we choose this hotel was the pool and breakfast. And we were disappointed of both. The price was never worth of it.

Overall it's been a nice and pleasant stay!

The swimming pool area is very beautiful. I wish i spent more time there (: . Also the position of the hotel is amazing between budua and kotor.

The breakfast didn't have many sweet options leaving guests often to fight for them, and the coffee was never ready. Also poor wifi connection in the rooms on the 2nd floor.

Restaurant was awful. Most things on menu were unavailable. And the evening manager was so rude we were physically scared of him. Worst we have experienced. Don't think he liked foreigners. Definitely avoid this place. Check out picture - awful pasta meal a 5 year old could have made.

I like the pool. Staff was helpful and nice.

Electricoty was off for a long time. You have no electricity in the moment you go out from room which means that in 35 degree (when u r out) your room does not have air conditioning working. Poor quality products for breakfast.

The best part of my stay was the amazing Anna in reception. She was incredibly kind and helpful and she does it with a smile on her face. If I were to go there again it would be because of how amazing she was.

Not so good experience

The swimming pool was nice and the staff from the reception was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was ok. Our room was smelly when we got there, with hair on the shower. After the first day, we got to the room and there were towels on the floor that weren't ours and someone used our toilet without flushing it. Disgusting! In the final morning, the cleaning lady Marina started talking in her own language because it was 10h02 and the breakfast was over. At the same time, there were 4 other tables with local people that were starting their meals.. We reported this in the check out.

Very poor breakfast, not many options to choose from and the food quickly runs out. Also, the smell in the bathroom was unbearable.

Ok for a quick 1-night stay

The breakfast was better than expected. There were not many options, but it was possible to have a good breakfast.

Our room smelled of smoke. Overall, people smoke a lot in Montenegro and I guess also in hotels. There was a balcony, but the previous people appearantly had smoked in the room, since it smelled everywhere - in the room and in the bathroom as well. It shows 4 stars, but we have definitely stayed at better 3-star hotels.

Pleasant experience overall

The pool was really nice and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast which wasn't too varied but it was nice for a quick morning bite.

The double room with balcony didn't really have a balcony for the top floor. It's a shared terrace which doubles as the room entrance. Not bad but not a balcony either.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Arube. The first time was the first day of the season, so I understand that it might be a bit chaos. However, a month into the season - no.

Having hairs from previous guests in the shower, used schampoo bottles and piles of hair in the bide is not even close to being acceptable. If you are running out of places to stay, ok - but if you have other places to pick and choose from. Please pick those other places. Breakfast is another nightmare we shouldn't get into right now.

Hotel for quick transit

We stayed there for 6 days in the middle of September, 2019. The stuff was friendly. The hotel is close to Jaz beach (5 minutes by car & 40 minutes walk by foot, 4 km). Rather nice room in a lavender colour. Nice pictures & paintings everywhere. There are 4 big mirrors in the room. Breakfasts are the same every day (fried eggs, watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee, sausages, cheese and bakery). No new dishes during 6 days of staying there. Big parking.

1. The wardrobe in the room was broken. We notified the stuff immedately but till our check-out it was not fixed. 2. The towels were very-very old & broken (a couple of times). 3. No teapot, no cups, no spoons in the room at all. We asked the stuff and got 2 glasses at last for to drink water. 4. Air conditioner was always running even when it was turned-off that is why the carpet near the bed was always wet. 5. One of the doors in the shower unit was broken. 6. No soap at all. There was a container for liquid soap but during our accomodation it was always empty since the first day (no replenishment at all). 7. No cleaning. Only bed making (have no idea if bed sheets were changed). 8. The location is between Budva & Tivat. There is nothing at all around. You should rent a car or use a taxi. 9. Tennis-court does not have a special cover, it is asphalted so if you fall down you may get an injury. To our mind the hotel is not of 4 stars. It's more of 3 stars. As there are too many things that should be on a higher level if it is 4* hotel.

Very helpful and understaning staff. We initially reserved to stay more nights, but they agreed to change our reservation to only 2 nights at our request. They also presented the beaches available and helped with everything we needed. Parking available, nice pool, the hotel has everything you need, clean. Considering we came by car, the location was not a problem for us, but keep in mind there is traffic to budva/kotor every evening

Mosquitos in the room were very annoying, needs nets on windows

Il manque peu pour être excellent, la piscine est bien cependant plusieurs carreaux de piscine se décolle, terrain tennis top cependant pas de lumière en journée impossible car trop de chaleur et début de soirée pas possible car pas d’éclairage ce qui restreint la possibilité de jouer. De plus odeur d’humidité dans la chambre qui part lorsque l’on aère. Clim extrêmement bruyante point noir de l’hôtel heureusement nous étions équipés de boules quies.

La habitación muy amplia, con habitación, zona de estar, baño, balcón y terraza. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de Budva, Aeropuerto de Tivat y Kotor. Muy limpia la habitación y camas muy cómodas. Parking privado.

Un ottimo posto a piccolo prezzo

Gentilissimi, ottima accoglienza,stanza con un bel letto comodo e il balcone pulitissimo tutto, piscina a disposizione con lettini comodissimi, abbiamo cenato benissimo e la colazione era veramente buona varia econ prodotti di qualità. Consigliato anche perché fuori dal caotico centro di Budva
