The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and quiet. Super clean pool. Very good breakfast.
Room was a bit dusty/could be a tad cleaner.

Such a great stay at this wonderful cubist architecture boutique hotel in the Palmeraie, just outside Marrakesh centre, with contemporary art throughout the property and gardens. We booked a "Junior Suite" and it was gorgeous. Very individual styling (ours was Art Deco themed) with a huge window looking over the gardens. Two great swimming pools (there are also private ones with the "villas") - one shallower for wading and lolling (but also swimmable) and a 22+ metre one for laps. Breakfast was good - omelettes cooked to order and a selection of local breads, pastries, cakes etc. There is a tennis court, small gym and spa/wellness centre on site. Really lovely staff throughout - from reception to restaurant to spa staff.
Small comment that there was no mattress protector, which I find odd in hotels, particularly at this level.

The pools are beautiful, the personnel extremely friendly and helpful yet not intrusive. Thank you to Hassan, Mohammed, Abdu and the other gentleman in the restaurant and lovely lady who cleaned the room. The ‘away’ from it all feeling was great. The gym, onsite hammam, tennis, table tennis all good and the quirky art everywhere is fun
This hotel is let down by two main things - food/menu and wifi. There is better wifi than there was a few years ago however it still drops out frequently which is frustrating if you are watching something, trying to download or get a bit of work done. The menu and quality of the food has not changed in years and simply not up to modern 4star standards. No tea or coffee facilities are available in the room. No decaf coffee was available. The menu was limited and dull. A soup, small quinoa salad (nice), caesar or goats cheese salad starter was available. The later was ok and fresh though heavily lettuce based. A meatball dish (didnt enjoy), a piece of salmon dish, one other and a chicken main dish were available. The chicken was one chicken breast with a white mushroom sauce on the plate. No garnish. Fries, vegetables, rice were available and had to be ordered separately. There is a menu that can be used to pre-order if you want the meal that evening or the next day - i tried the chicken tagine. It was chicken and a tasty sauce yet none of the couscous or vegetables i have usually received when ordering a tagine and the chicken was very dry (the sauce delicious). It is such a shame as this hotel has the potential to be brilliant.

Interesting architecture and the bones for being great but sadly looking a bit tired and unloved. Lacked any vibes which seems really at odds with environment which is pretty loud and proud.
