- near the tram station. The tram runs until 10 a.m. After 10 a.m., it is possible to return to the hotel from the city center by taxi. We had difficulty to find a taxi. At the end it was at the train station. The price was 15 EUR. - hotel gas parking space and garage, but the netrance it quite narrow.

- hotel se nahaja več kot 2 km od centra, kot je navedeno med opisom, več kot 4 km. - When we entered the room, the room smelled so bad of tapestry or some kind of paint that I started coughing. The floor was dirty, footprints were visible. Cleanliness in the kitchen was also questionable. The tray of glasses was stained with coffee. I asked to change the room. We got a better room on the 2nd floor. It was cleaner and didn't have smell. It also had a terrace with a table. The rooms are like student rooms.

The kitchen facilities, so we were able to prepare our meals ourselves. The shopping facilities just across the road.

Easy check-in even late at night. The reception is very kind and helpful. There are vending machines which is handy in case you need something during the night. The place was quite clean and the location was convenient with easy parking and close to food outlets.

The beds could be wider. There is no hairdryer. Air conditioning is needed as now the temperatures in France easily exceed 30 degrees even in June.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. There is a very nice shopping mall across the street. Good underground parking.

The hotel needs maintenance in a lot of details. For instance, in our Room the safe was not working, the seal of the shower cabin was loose, no water drain in the terrace, that Room needs a fresh painting.

The room was close to a shopping centre. A tram line opposite, however this didn't disturb us

The room was grubby, walls marked, cobwebs in light shade and dirty marks on light. There were some dog hairs on bedding but bedding looked clean otherwise. I can live with that, but when my husband and I got out of bed on the morning, I had 4 bites on my arms and hand and my husband one on his finger.

Perfect stay in Tours

The lady at the reception was really kind! She spoke English and was just very pleasant to meet late at night. She was kind enough to meet us outside because we didn't see the entrance (we were on the wrong side of the building), she showed us how the heating worked! And it worked perfect, the room heated up quick and stayed good warm for the rest of the night, The kitchen is very small but it's good enough for something small to eat and there's a fridge where you can keep your food cool. The parking lot and garage were perfect. The elevator worked fine too. The receptionstaff in the morning was again very kind. There's a big shopping mall on the other side of the street, you can find a lot here, restaurants too! It was really quiet at night so pertfect for a good night sleep! We really liked our stay and will definitly return if we stop in Tours again. Merci beaucoup!

A reasonable budget choice on a cool day.

Reasonably well located if you’re happy to be out of the city centre. Pet friendly was a plus (for a charge). The chap in charge of breakfast was delightful.

An absolute lack of air conditioning or meaningful ventilation on one of the hottest days/nights of the year made this a rather miserable stay unfortunately.

The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, the lady who was on reception provided an excellent service. There is also a secure car park which is reassuring. The location is excellent with a very good restaurant nearby.

A fan in the room would have been nice as it was exceptionally hot.
