Friendly staff, bright and airy. Rooms were a good size with big windows. Breakfast was nice, easy parking and right next to tram and shopping mall.
Quite a boring looking part of town. But easy enough to get into the main part either by car or on the tram. Kids would have liked aircon, but I wasn’t bothered. Fans were enough. Pillows are too flat.

Right next to a shopping center
Can't get into the car park from outside so you have to park your car in the street that has no spaces get the car pass from reception, but there was 2 people in front of me so 20 minutes later got the car pass, I don't understand why someone couldn't come out as there was 2 staff members and I had 3 young children in the car who I had to take with me. When you want to check out the cleaning staff use the same lift with there big cages so we waited 15 minutes for a lift and half of us used the stairs my husband is disabled so we had to wait, it would of been nice to be offered to go in front of them. Nothing around for young children to do
