Very beautiful and comfortable
My room had been recently painted so it smelled like painting and there were some paint stains on the carpet.

The hotel shuttle was a bonus that we appreciated after such a long journey.
All was in order; however, more information relating to pay methods could have been advised with the booking.

Shuttle: I sent my flights to the staff at the Hilton and they chose a shuttle time of 6-6:15pm pickup. I arrived at 6:20, no shuttle (immigration delays). I informed the hotel. I was told next one at 7pm. Shuttle arrived at 7:25pm. 1 hour and 5 mins after I arrived at the pick up point. Would have been almost quicker to go into the city centre. The staff were very condescending about it. Then my key card didn't work and they treated it as my fault as opposed to a systems issue. Food was average but not exceptional.
