The shuttle works fine. Just wait at the meeting point every hour. There maybe 5-10 minutes difference. Staff was nice and they spoke English. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Facilities were fine.
The only thing is that I could hear some water flowing at night from my room. Also, the heating of the AC did not worked so well. Anyway, it was good for an overnight stay

Of the half dozen airport hotels at SCL, this is the best value if price is your priority.
Rooms are small and the hotel lobby can be rowdy and noisier than its counterpart hotels at SCL

Room is big, clean, breakfast is good. Good location if you are looking for a stay near airport, clean and reasonable price.
Should be more flexible regarding the check in time if you have room available.
