Room, location, cleanliness, service.
Congestion during breakfast resulted to slow service. A coffee shouldn't take so long.very long..

The hotel is located very close to the sea. We also appreciated that there was food available by the pool and in the restaurant for most of the day, which was very convenient when we didn’t feel like going out to look for a place to eat.
Breakfast was served quite late, which is not ideal when traveling with small children who wake up earlier. The town itself is quite small, and the hotel is on the part of Evia where the sea is rougher with stronger waves. We stayed at the end of August and couldn’t really go into the sea, so this is something to keep in mind.

modern , nice design hotel. good service at a price not justified by the location.
poor location ambience, poor state of the beach ( large pebbles). although they accept pets , THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. they ask us to keep the dog in the room!! what’s the point of bringing a pet to have it locked in the room and nowhere else in the hotel premises?
