Perfect location

The location was just perfect, close to the city center and all the amenities of Valencia. Recommended for short stays, good price

Basic and good location. Complicated check in.

The room was very basic but spotless and a good size for a triple room. Location is great with many amenities right around the corner but parking (including garages) get full quickly. If you don’t have a car it’s easy walking distance to downtown.

The shower didn’t drain properly which was a hassle (triple room, en suite). Outside was noisy but to be expected with an older building, just bring earplugs. The automated check in process was very complicated, I managed in the end but there was a person who was completely stuck and I felt sorry for him - we couldn’t find his check in instructions despite trying to help the best we can. I was with my parents in their 60s and they definitely wouldn’t have managed alone so beware if you’re not comfortable with technology. It was on the pricy side for what it was but we went over the Christmas holidays.

The bathroom is external to the bedroom, and you always need to have your keycard with you to open the bathroom and get back into the room, which can be tricky especially at night. We had a full day with no hot water because there was a problem with the boiler.

Great location as in between city centre , science park and beach, good transport links to beach and all places. Great park and the trendy Colon market nearby. No breakfast in hotel but great places nearby. - several in Colon market, the kiosk in Turia gardens , a bakery called Estelles bakery

Good to stay

It was clean and enough space for us. The location was good just there was something wrong with the address given. It took us twice to the wrong direction but later we just remembered the name of the restaurant in the same building and it was easy to find.

We stay here 3rd time and everything is great

I chose this hotel 3rd time , every time everything is good. Location is very good, it's very clean and comfy. We usually stay for few days to explore the city ,and every time we get good rest and comfort in this place. Personal is very caring and attentive. I highly recommend

Good value for the location

The air conditioning

The mattress needs to be flipped/rotated or replaced. It is memory foam and very comfortable, but the divot in the middle hurt my hips and woke me up a bit.

Disappointment

The place is very sketchy. If I paid the whole price (without genius discount), it would be waaay too much for what it is. First, I couldn’t find the location as when you to maps from the address on Booking, it shows you a place 10 min away from the actual hotel. Second, I didn’t manage to reach the hotel by phone or in chat to get some help with finding the place. On top of that they never replied even after that day. Third, The place didn’t feel safe to stay overnight, so I had to find something else. The customer service never got back to me regarding my complaint. Very bad experience overall, and first experience of this kind on Booking.com. Disappointed

Took a bit of figuring out, but worth a visit

A unique setup - a converted set of apartments right in the city. There is no reception desk (although I believe they have a staff member around during a small daytime window of operation), you check-in via a keycode, provide details and scan you passport in order to get your room key. Took a bit of figuring out, but once we were inside it was fine! Great location, works perfectly as a basecamp to explore Valencia from.

The shower door for Room 204 leaks - needs an update. Otherwise just a bit of city centre noise, but that is the trade off you take for being so central

The area - the architecture is beautiful. Inside the building same grandeur and charm. Use the stairs when you can. Loved the sheets, the mattress. The shared bathroom worked well, felt clean.

Location was very good. It is in center and you can go anywhere very easy.

Room was very small. About 2x2 meters. I accidentally booked room with buk bed instead of twin size bed and then hotel stuff didn’t agree to change my room with normal bed. Room was airless and when you open the window you get smelly air with oil, food and toilet utility sounds instead of fresh air because window is opening to center of building where only air conditions, toilet pipelines, etc. utility lines are located. Walls are very thin and you hear all voices from hole, outside, etc. it was the Las Fallas season and people was having fun untill 4am and all that voices were inside my room. I think I would never book this hotel again. It doesn’t deserve such amount of money that I payed.

Great location, great value for money!

It's my third stay here, and still planning to come back whenever I'm in Valencia. Perfect location, great value for money, great service. Easy, clean and comfortable. If you want a great location and are not looking for extreme luxury, but want an affordable clean stay. It doesn't get much better than this :). Thank you Marina, you were super kind and friendly.

This time, my room had its private bathroom outside, so I had to go out to the corridor. It can be a bit uncomfortable if you wake up in the middle of the night and need to go pee :) ... but I knew this up front, so nothing to complain. Other rooms do have private en-suite bathrooms.

Exceptional

the best location, everything is near. at first i thought we have shared bathrooms but then i found out even though bathroom was not in room it was our private, just for us. Clean. super. And self check in (we got a code to open the door and then we scanned our documents on machine and did everything by ourselves).

nothing bothered me. Maybe I would not recommend it for families but it is up to you.

perfect location, very near to Colon metro or Russafa metro. And many bus stops that brings you around many attractions. I mostly walk to the old town because it’s very near. The facilities are clean and wifi works perfectly, good value for money.

My room does not have sunlight at all. I think my window is facing another building. Sound insulation is not pretty good. I can hear TV from neighbouring rooms. If you are fine with these, then it’s okay since the location is very good.

Everything, clean, super easy automatic checking, friendly staff, good location. Great value. We had a crib, no extra charges and a gift for the baby (colouring book), also has a little kitchen and small terrace.

Very nice !

top lacation,everything was very clean ! we were on 7 floor,so the view was incredible of the city .There was nice balcony for smokers . The recepcion man ,was very kind and frendly and explained everything about our stay , Thank you 😊

I was surprised that the toilet and bathroom were shared, but it was my fault because I hadn't seen it when I booked and I was with a small child, and it's a bit uncomfortable. But there were two on the floor and they were clean and accessible!
