The view and location of the hotel was superb.
1. The room was not up-to-standard for the money that we paid. The bathroom was small. The amenities in the bathroom were of a very low quality. Inadequate towels were provided. Shower was old.
2. The room was adequate, but cleanliness could be better.
3. Breakfast was good, but the service was not always efficient. Despite the fact that the hotel did not have full occupancy, service was slow. Items including jam were not available on certain days. Some of the food appeared to be leftovers and not fresh.
4. The staff are all new and not well trained in making guests feel welcome. Service in general was poor.
