Hotel Aleluia

Staff were friendly and accomodating. They made adjustments to the room to suit me and my children and were happy to answer any questions.

Stains on towels. Breakfast wasn't very nice, most things tasted very artificial.

Good location. Walking distance to the Shrine at Fatima and also from/to the FLIX bus stop. Lot of restaurants around to check out. The owner Ms. Luz was very friendly and ensured that we were taken care of always. The staff were also very good and allowed us to keep our luggage after check out till we went around the village.

No complaints as the hotel met our expectations. Will definitely stay there again. Had to pay extra for the breakfast, which was very good with lot of varieties.

The location was absolutely wonderful. 2-3 minute walk to sites, restaurants etc. They also provided safe parking for our rental which was expensive elsewhere.

The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. When they heard we were from Canada, they brought us the English guides and jumped into English very quickly. Being able to check-in later than we had originally though (10pm instead of 7pm) went incredibly smoothly, and we were told we could have checked in even later if we had needed to. The location is impeccable, the breakfast was really good (lots of coffee, cold and hot breakfast options), and free parking!

The beds were not comfortable and very hard unfortunately, but the pillows, sheets and blankets were good. The drains felt kind of plugged up and weren't draining fast. I was worried about flooding the bathroom during my less than 10 minute shower so I turned the tap off during the shower when I could to prevent that. Same thing with the sinks.
