What a wonderful experience at this hotel.
Location is 5 mins away from the Fatima Church, the rooms are spacious and clean. Great facilities of hot jacuzzi and gym and sauna available.
Breakfast was delicious, great buffet available. Thoroughly enjoyed the fresh pastries.
Most importantly, the reception staff were so amazing and polite and accommodating with our request. Would like to appreciate Pedro Marques for his genuineness and friendly personality! Absolutely wonderful customer service that made the start of our hotel stay very warm and comfortable. Also to appreciate Isabella from reception who was so efficient and helpful in the check in process. She was so professional and helped with our last minute booking late in the evening!
Great staff and great stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Will be back again on my next visit.

The hotel like many others is in close proximity to the cathedral. The breakfast was adequate but the facilities were run down and not focused on. The door handle to the bedroom came off in my hand. The maids put it back on and paid no attention to why it fell off! It needed tightening. Of course I could have slipped it on just the same way but she seemed irritated that I asked as she championed the reinstallation. It fell off again. The wood flooring shifted dangerously in the bedroom and straight and had a large gap in it. Other than that , it was just ok. No hot pot nor refrigerator to provide us either
