Family ski trip

We were staying in Casa Martina apt. 5. Loacation was perfect. We were able to get on skis from an to accommodation. Groceries were 5min walk away. I appreciate separate ski depot, skiboot dryers and indoor garage (50cm snow fell during our say and the car stayed dry&clean). Room was equipped quite well.

Maybe more dishes would be nice. Only disadvantage was creaking bed in bedroom.

Great place for skiing and celebrating x-mas

Perfect location for skiing and relative to shopping and town centre. Ski in/out when enough snow. Price and quality match absolutely fine

Kitchen equipment was at a minimum, yet functioning. Would make the apartment better with more space in the living area and less space for bedroom. A bit lacking noice protection from outside noice so, earplugs for sleeping are good 😀

Highly recommend.

Great place for families with children, two bathrooms in the apartment are very convenient for big groups. Very clean and well equipped with kettle, dishwasher, hairdryer. Very good functioning kitchen with everything included (dishes, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans). We would book this place again.

Great location - not ideal for 4 people.

The location and facilities.

Pull out bed was uncomfortable and it was all stains, it also does not fit the room and cannot access the fridge/freezer. Also, if checking in late directions are not reliable and host does not answer their phone as indicated.

Great location, not that great appartment

Great location, basically a short walk from the slopes. So when you go to the slope, you carry your skis only about 200 meters and then you can use the skis to reach the bottom station of the lift. On the way back you have to cross a smaller traverse and then only 200 metres back again. And Arraba is a great ski resort, I had a great time skiing here. We spent a week here and I wasn't bored for a single day. That hasn't happened to me in a long time.

Terribly bad mattresses, old and worn out, they should have been replaced several years ago. My back hurt after the first day. The ski room was small and not heated. So the skis were snowed off the next day and the boot dryers were not enough for everyone.

You have to pay €15 each for towels, which wasn't clear in the listing. In an apartment like this I think bedding and towels should be included and one should not be charged extra for them

The apartment was right in the center of town, there was free parking, the linens were nice and the neighbors were all very friendly.

Separate cleaning (E60) and towel fees (E15 pp) for an already expensive apartment. The interior is outdated a worn. Other than toilet paper there were no other basics like hand or dish soap which would have been appreciated. For a family of four we would have preferred the 2nd bedroom have two beds like many of the photos online. Instead we had to use the pull out couch that was right in the middle of the room and totally inconvenient for our needs.

A decent stay at beautiful Arabba and the Dolomites

The location is great; within a walking distance from several lefts, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is very nice and did their best to make our stay comfortable

Old fashioned and does not look like the apartments in the pictures, bad Wi-Fi, we didn’t have a laundry machine in the apartment (though the staff did all of our laundry without extra charge), the curtains in the bedroom are transparent and we woke up every day with sunrise because our bedroom windows headed East. I believe that there a more recent renovated apartments in the complex.

Cannot imagine better option with this price.

Beautiful city and good apartment. Well euipped kitchen and good beds. For 4 people with 2 kids, it will be one of the best option to see Dolomiti with this price!

When I checked out, I found the Towel and cleaning cost. (It was mentioned in remark in booking.com) I advised them it will be better If I could that earlier when I pay in Booking.com

Great location within Dolomites, overpriced and uncomfortable apartment.

Location

Damp main bedroom. Bedding felt damp. Evidence of damp on walls in bedroom. Lack of kitchen utensils. Cutlery bendy and cheap. Very few glasses. Strange smell in the apartment. For over €1000 for three nights this felt more like a youth hostel and not befitting the price tag.

The apartment was very nice and clean, Katie the host was super nice and helpful, and was there for all our needs. They even changed the washing machine for us after the first one was broken. The location is amazing with beautiful mountains surrounding all sides.

The location, the apartment very Cosy

The parking facility, not easy to park our car. As well it is not easy to park in Arabba since many places are reserved for parking disc. At the apartment there were no wine glasses.

Location in centre of Arabba was really great. View from the balcony was amazing.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms but in one of them there was only single bed which was so tiny that it was absolutely not convenient for adult. We had to sleep at couch in living room which was really uncomfortable for 2 adults.

Good location and view. Quiet and peaceful place. Everything was clean and tidy. Free parking next to the cottage.

Only two toilet papers were left for four people and five days. Towels had to be paid extra. Not even soap was left in the bathroom. There was neither salt nor sugar in the kitchen. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no table or chairs on the balcony. The wireless internet was practically unusable.

We picked up ground floor apartment and there was dark all day long, our mistake. House was located/squeezed in between other buildings, no much sunlight. Basic inside but all we needed was there.

Excellent place for a bike holiday

Friendly receptipon on arrival. The apartments are clean and nice. The location is ideal for cycling, touring or hiking. Separate storage for the bicycles in the garage. Every apartment has a garage space in the basement.

Very disappointed with location and it having one bedroom less than advertised

Apartment was clean and quite new.

It was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment but in fact it was only 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen. The host said this constituted a 3 bedroom apartment in Italy. Also, it was 500m up a steep hill further away from the location shown on Booking.com, which in fact is the location of the office. This was too far away from the village and the lifts. Smaller points were the beds were not made up on arrival and there was no kettle or soap. The office also only replied to our multiple messages once chased by Booking.com.

We have spent a lot of perfect skiing time.

Apartment location 3 minutes waking to the slope. Spacy rooms, kitchen well equipped. Ski room with a ski boots dryer. Comfortable underground garage (we could have parked van easily).

On arrival we were given an apartment very far away from slope, NOT the one booked on booking.com. We didn’t accept this one and after a short discussion we were given an apartment much closer to the slope. When booking always ask for a name of apartment you are booking so no confusion will happen on arrival, and you will be given the apartment you were looking for. The washing machine was broken, the spinning function did not work.

the WI-FI did not work. we pointed out twice during the week. we managed to logon twice during the week. when entering the house there were nothing to hang all skiing clothes in the entrance. the recycling filled up and there were nothing to the “secco” garbage.

Good

Close to the ski slopes, good location, easy to access - around 100 m to go by feet. A small but vell equiped grocery is right near the reception. There was a washing machine in the bathroom.

They have several buildings. Although we were one single family and booked two apartments, they were in different buildings 50 m from each other. The sofa in one apartment's living room was in a very bad shape, was very uncomfortable. The kitchen is missing wine glasses and tea cups. No wet cleaning equipment for the floor, it was hard to clean up the mud at the entrance. Bed lines and towels are not included in the price, the rental is 15 euro per person.
