We wanted to stay in a beautiful fisherman village with my family, as my husband and I came from Belgium for a short visit. Bigova is a perfect spot for elderly and couples with small children. *** Moj suprug i ja dolazimo u Crnu Goru za kratak odmor i druženje sa mojom porodicom i zato smo izabrali malo ribarsko selo. Bigova je savršeno mjesto za odmor porodica sa malom djecom i starijima.

The photos are deceiving, inaccurate and do not show at all apartments that you actually get. We rented 2 apartments, ended up in separate hallways (although there were apartments with shared hallway). None of the two apartments had a terrace that you see in the images (and we actually rented the facility with a plan to have family lunch and dinner at the wooden table on the terrace). The apartments did not even have sufficient number of beds, but a sofa instead of a bed. Apartments are dark, with no day light, meaning that we had to have lights on at all times. The apartments were offering free parking in a garage and we ended up leaving cars on a very steep and risky road towards a building under construction right next to the one we rented. to get to the bedroom in one of the apartments we had to climb not stairs but very steep ladders - which made my mom and my sister with a baby absolutely unable to reach that part of the apartment. Seeing that apartments in the same hallway as the the two of ours were free, we asked the landlord to switch and she did not allow for that. Cherry on top were bats flying into bedroom of one of the apartments, so we had to keep the terrace door closed during night although the ACs were broken. *** Fotografije ne odražavaju stvarno stanje apartmana. Mi smo iznajmili dva apartmana, smješteni smo u odvojene ulaze iako je za jedinstvenu rezervaciju i jedinstvenu grupu gostiju bilo logično da budemo smješteni u istom hodniku. Ni jedan od dva apartmana nije imao terasu koju fotografije pokazuju ( a mi smo iznajmili smještaj planirajući da porodične ručkove ili večere imamo na terasi sa drvenim stolom oko kog bi svi mogli da se okupimo i uzivamo). Apartmani nisu čak imali ni dovoljan broj kreveta, kako je bilo napisano, nego sofu i federski dušek na sklapanje Koji je bio toliko star da ga nismo mogli ni koristiti uopšte. Oba apartmana su bila mračna I bez dnevnog svijetla toliko da je bilo neophodno držati upaljena svijetla sve vrijeme.

Relaxing holiday in an amazing location with a super friendly host!

The hosts were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay there a pleasant one. It was great that the host could speak fluent English so that we could gather the local knowledge and learn more about the Montenegrin way of life from the hosts. We really enjoyed the relaxing environment.

The WIFI had a reasonable speed with 1 device connected to it. But as soon as you connected more than one device it was not possible to make a whatsapp call for example.

Wonderful and quiet apartment but limited access to the sea in Bigova

The apartment for 5 guests is spacious and clean, with a wonderful view over the bay. Incredibly kind hosts, good parking space, a great spot for a quiet holiday.

No proper beach in Bigova.

We want to thanks to owner and his family :) we spend good time, we bought perfect olive oil hand made and vegetables from Vesna's brother. Owner and his family was very friendly.

About village people... Like in all places you can meet not friendly village people, we met very fat and angry woman, it was in the beach. Other day she and her family came to the beach with very big dog, and he swim in the water with all people. The dog was without a muzzle, ant the beach was very small with a lot of people. They do not respected other people. The trip with boat was too short in time, boat captain said, the trip will be 4 hours, but it was finished after 2,5 hours. Captain was very friendly in the boat, but on second day when we met him on the street and was some problems with overtaking through the car because the streets are super narrow, he came from the shop, and do not recognize us, then he showed his angry real face. This captain's boat are in front of the house with coffee machine,

Great host. Private parking. Fantastic view. Lounge area was bigger than we thought it would be from the picture. 50m from local shop, restaurants and village center. Aircon didn't work on arrival but it was fixed asap. I worked from there and had no problems using my phone with a sim card and unlimited data as a hotspot. Otherwise, wifi is generally good enough for most casual use cases.

An apartment with stunning view in a very quiet location. Very friendly and helpful owners.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They are very hard and they squeak every time you turn. The stairs to the upper floor inside the apartment are very steep and narrow, could be a problem for a family with kids.

The room we were offered was very nice, clean and spacious. The location is just great!

The balcony was tiny and at the side of the house. It was impossible to have breakfast there because of the terrible smell coming out from the pipes/sewege.

Superb

A really nice and calm little fisher village! We enjoyed our stay at Vesna a lot and especially the balcony with a beautiful view over Bigova. The couple who run the place are really friendly and helpful. And their dog is also really cute :) we had a really good experience at the restaurant closest to the apartment (Pod Volatum) as well.

We would assume it’s difficult to get there if you don’t have a car, but otherwise nothing.

Uzounké uličky - jakékoli manévrování a parkování je obtížnější a vyžaduje velkou dávku pozornosti. Wi-fi by mohla být rychlejší.

Vesna je veoma ljubazna i kulturna žena. Apartman je baš kao sa slika. Sve preporuke za njene apartmane.

Apartman je na spratu što nam daje idealna jutra za kafu na terasi. Prelep pogled! Plaža je na 50m. Apartman je kao sa slika i veoma je čisto i uredno. Vesna je bila jako ljubazna i kulturna. Apsolutno sve preporuke za ovaj apartman! 🫶

Bigova tiho skriveno mesto

Pre svega hoću da naglasim ljubaznost domaćina, greškom sam rezervisano apartman koji nam nije odgovarao zbog kreveta, ali domaćica nam je odmah dala drugi apartman koji je odgovarao. Hvala Vesna. Mirno mesto za pravi odmor, bez buke od kafića i diskoteka. Plaža br2 vojno odmaralište, biser Jadrana u Crnoj gori. Imate obezbeđeno parking mesto. Ponavljam mesto je predviđeno za odmor, ne za izlaske i provod, tako da vam treba auto ako hoćete nešto više. U blizini 10km imaju 2,3 odlična restorana, mesto Glavačić pogledajte na mapama. Pozdrav
