Rooms were definitely not as in pictures. When we ask the landlord he showed us what we rent but we never saw those visuals on booking.com !! You need to be careful what you book for!!!

Dirty, very old. Water was always leaking in the doushe, rain got in from the door and the flat was fool of water, are laggages, clothes got wet. We were waiting more than an our in the night for the owner to come and help…

Superb

Igor was a great host and stellar source of information!!! The property is at excellent location close to beaches, shops and most importantly abandoned fortresses - ''2 fkn thumbs up for those'' - and in short driving distance to Kotor and Budva. Enjoyed ourselves very much so - the kids sends their gratitude for the pool!!!

Pleasant

The view is amazing. The garden is brilliant full of flowers and green. There is a pergola you can sit and drink your coffee and see beautiful sea view. The landlord is welcoming.

The most uncomfortable bed I've ever used. Everything in the flat is creaking from bed to bathroom door, from wardrobe to drawer. Smell of dampness in everywhere even in kitchen drawers and equipments. (This is for studio flat, I didn't see other flats).

Our rooms don't have balcony, but pictures seen there is it. Our rooms don't have see view. The room a little bit dark also. Upper studio have balcony. Beds not comfortable, rooms not clean. The pool is not good and full of bugs.

Good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Even if the apartment was on the other, more remote side of Tivat, it was easily accessible. Good signal was available both for mobile and the wifi and the room was spacious. Excellent value for money. The owner was really kind and helpful and the unit was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You get a view of the sea and you also get a view of the mountains from the other part of the unit.

Breathtaking View from Balcony

the location for us was great as we had a car. the apartment was spacious. the balcony was amazing and view was breathtaking.

A/C is not in the rooms so you will have to keep doors open all the time no privacy. but this is a normal thing in Croatia and Montenegro homes. some stairs not a problem but just to mention.

Schimmel im Badezimmer

Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Die Katzen sind wahnsinnig süß. Das Babybett stand bereit. Handtücher lagen bereit und rochen frisch gewaschen. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte. Der Check-in war flexibel und der Check-out war später möglich.

Beim Betreten der Unterkunft kam uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Ein Blick ins Badezimmer erklärte die Ursache: Schimmel an der Decke. Ich weiß nicht, ob noch weitere Stellen schimmelig waren, das war nicht ersichtlich, bei dem starken Geruch, jedoch nicht undenkbar. Durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit im Badezimmer, musste dort immer das Fenster geöffnet bleiben, was Mitte/ Ende November ziemlich kalt war. Bei jedem Regen wurde der Wasserfleck an der Decke immer größer und das Wasser drang in das Badezimmer ein und lief die Fliesen herunter, so dass der Boden eigentlich immer feucht/ nass war. Ein Hinweis an den Gastgeber, dass Schimmel im Badezimmer ist, betrat dieser unangekündigt und ohne Absprache die Wohnung, um den Schimmel zu entfernen, der jedoch nach wenigen Tagen erneut aufkam. Handtücher/ Wäsche trocken zu bekommen, war nicht möglich. Die Matratze ist sehr weich und das Bett wirkte instabil. Als ich unter das Bett schaute, zeigten sich durchgebrochene Latten vom Lattenrost und ziemlich viel Staub und Dreck. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Bei der Küchenzeile konnte die vordere Herdplatte nicht genutzt werden, da hier sofort die Sicherungen rausflogen. Wasser auf dem Herd zum Kochen zu bringen, war aufgrund der Leistung nicht möglich, nach 30 Minuten hab ich aufgegeben (ich hatte schon heißes Wasser eingefüllt) Somit war Kochen in der Unterkunft sehr schwierig. Unter dem Nachttisch lag noch ein alter Zigarettenstummel, obwohl es eine Nichtraucherwohnung sein sollte, ebenfalls lag dort viel Staub/ Dreck.

Der Pool und der Ausblick von dort waren sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist nett. Der Parkplatz und WLAN ist kostenlos.

Das Zimmer ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig, das Balkonfenster lässt sich gar nicht schließen, wodurch es nachts sehr kalt wurde. Es gibt keine richtigen Bettdecken, sondern nur Laken oder Bettwäsche als Zudecke, weshalb man nachts frische Luft nur mit Frösteln bekommen konnte. Apropos Luft, die ersten 2-3 Tage waren dominiert von einem stechenden unerträglichen Chemikaliengeruch, der erst nach ca. einer halben Woche verflogen ist. Die „Küchenausstattung“ ist sehr schlecht! Ein Messer hab ich mir mit einem Pflasterstein geschärft, um überhaupt Brot schneiden zu können. Die Steckdosen sind abenteuerlich und an den unmöglichsten Stellen platziert, sodass man zum Laden stets eine Bestellmöglichkeit (Stuhl) benötigt. Der eigentlich grandiose Blick auf die Bucht wird durch eine Baustelle geschmälert.

Отличный вид, хорошая терраса, не плохой бассейн. В целом тихое место для проживания. Есть довольно большая парковка. Все рядом, но лучше брать машину в аренду.

Состояние комнат, скажем так, не соответствует фото. Розетки вываливаются из стен, из одной ванны ужасный запах плесени. Канализация не справляется. В целом такое впечатление что ремонт был сделан 20 лет назад и с тех пор "как-то" держится. Те кто пишут что было "как дома".. без комментариев. Мало контактировали с хозяином, но по моей просьбе он починил 2 розетки. Хотя половина розеток требуют ремонта. Не рекомендую туда ехать с детьми, это банальн опасно. Санузлы в ужасном состоянии, а с детьми они требуются постоянно. 1 из бойлеров течет тебе на головоу когда ты умываешся. По факту, там работы по устранению всех этих неполадок на 2-3 дня и место будет приличным, но, видимо, кому-то лень. Была бы возможность - с радостью вернул бы деньги.
