The villa was very well-appointed, and the views of Kotor Bay from the upper floors were delightful. We truly wished we could have extended our stay. Vadim was an exceptional host.
Please note that there are some stairs to ascend from the street-level parking area to the villa's entrance.

Perfect for families with children! The swimming pool is nice and the garden as well . Soap, washing up liquid, enough towels. Nice covered sitting area inside and outside. If you have a car and want to have a good rest, this is a great choice!! Thank you so much🥰 and see you soon.

The pool was nice the view was good. Main bedroom was good.
Vadim who looks after the villa was a nice guy

Pool seating is not great most seats need replacing. Sunbeds were nice but only 5 available wouldn't be great for 10 people.
Pool area is not good for young kids as railing around the edge is not good and very high drop from pool area. The whole Villa needs some work doing a few bits have been fixed cheaply for instance the shower screen down stairs the doors are missing so a shower curtain fills the gap. .
