Needs some tlc

The pool was nice the view was good. Main bedroom was good. Vadim who looks after the villa was a nice guy

Kitchen in poor condition Some beds need replacing Curtains not attached properly Rear garden over grown Pool seating is not great most seats need replacing. Sunbeds were nice but only 5 available wouldn't be great for 10 people. Pool area is not good for young kids as railing around the edge is not good and very high drop from pool area. The whole Villa needs some work doing a few bits have been fixed cheaply for instance the shower screen down stairs the doors are missing so a shower curtain fills the gap. .

Fantastic stay in Montenegro!

Perfect for families with children! The swimming pool is nice and the garden as well . Soap, washing up liquid, enough towels. Nice covered sitting area inside and outside. If you have a car and want to have a good rest, this is a great choice!! Thank you so much🥰 and see you soon.

Perfect stay in a beautiful location

We enjoyed it so much - the view, the surroundings, the house - that we didn't move a lot. The kitchen is well equipped and the house perfect for a big group. We checked in without any problems and the communication with Ron went down perfectly. All the amenities we needed were nearby with use of a vehicle, such as a supermarket, the historic town of Kotor and a local Waterpark Terme Budva. I can definitely recommend staying at this place!

Wonderful large house in a perfect location

This was my first visit to Montenegro, we loved staying here! much bigger than we had expected, and had everything we could ask for. Great for a large group of people. We had a family of 8 staying there and there was still an extra bed & a couch bed we didn’t use. Also loved that it had a washer and dishwasher that both worked and had no issues! The fish restaurant right across from the house is delicious. Hinja was also incredibly helpful, from arranging very reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport to answering questions about sightseen locations and more... if you rent a car you can park in front of the house and a 2nd private parking spot is available too.

The bedrooms are upstairs, which was fine for us, but may be difficult for someone with mobility limitations. Nothing else I can think of—everything was great!

Very good value for money and a friendly host.

I had a great weekend with some friends in Ron's villa ! The house is amazing, there are all the facilities you need and there is enough space to accommodate a large group (with bathrooms on all floors, and enough space to hang out and sleep). the big BBQ spot at the back of the house was handy , we used it several times during our stay. The pool is great too, you have access to the sea within 2min foot walk or a nice beach about 600-700 meters away. Tivat airport, Porto Montenegro and Kotor are easy to reach and just a short drive away. There is also a nice restaurant by the sea just a few minutes walking distance. We came with 2 cars and had no problem finding a parking spot right outside the house. defiantly recommended to others!

one of the beds frame was too sensitive to movements. towards the end of our stay it was fixed.

Very Disappointing

The pool and view

It’s hard to even know where to begin with our 10 day holiday at this villa . When arriving at the villa we were told by what’s app by the villa manager We can check in at 1pm and there is only space for two cars and not 3 even though they were aware there was 3 family’s with 3 cars . It’s an extremely dangerous road with no pavements and impossible to find anywhere near to park the third car . We arrived with the cleaner here and her children in the pool . No extra mattress for the extra person as promised and the villa manager who arrived later offered us a small single armchair instead for our 13 year old son . I had to be very insistent that they at least needed a mattress . One did arrive later that day . Be warned It looks absolutely nothing like the photos . Those photos must of been taken when the villa was built . Mould and damp on walls , patio doors that don’t lock , no outside lights , sockets hanging off walls, paint pealing off the walls and the outside barbecue area is overgrown and dirty and looks like it’s never been cleaned . Empty cans and bottles everwhere by the barbicue . Pool tiles missing , plant pots smashed by pool . Pool area dirty . A House has been built since the pictures have been taken in front of the Villa that blocks the view . We could only use 3 kitchen appliances at once or the electric would trip so cooking for 13 was almost impossible. I asked Arnon if he could help us get the pool lights and outside lights working and he basically told us there is a major problem with the electrics in the house so can’t have them on . I could go on but the list is to long . We arrived tired from a long drive from Croatia . So just sucked it up , all cleaned and sorted the house ourselves and thought we would make the most of it . Then tried the internet and tv neither worked . I messaged Arnon and he said he would send someone out to fix the TV this never happened .
