Enrico was great, very personable, responsive and helpful in navigating the city. Since it’s a short walk outside of the old city, it was very quiet at night and the room was dark. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean.
Small bathroom, but everything worked well.

Enrico is an excellent host! He ensured I was picked up at the airport and arrived seamlessly at the hotel. I also work remotely, and the WiFi was topnotch! Upload and download speeds are above 100 Mbps. In addition, Enrico knows Florence very well and can recommend the best sightseeing, restaurants, and local favorites. I felt like I had my own spacious apartment at Cimabue 9 and could have easily stayed longer than my 1 week reservation. Thank you Enrico for an excellent first visit to Florence!
There can be some street noise. If you’re sensitive to noise, just pack earplugs.
