Hotel Braník

Staff helpful but nobody spoke English. The Hotel is an old building but they seem to take pride in it. I'd say it is decent but I wouldn't say it's nice. It was clean and I slept very well. I also give it full marks for the carpark which was very handy and included on my stay.

Pretty old, slightly shabby but clean and comfortable. I could hear everything my neighbours were doing next door so... as you can imagine, not much privacy.

The stuff members are super friendly and helpful

Tram station very close. it takes only 20 minutes to get to the centre.

The heating system did not work.

Hotel Braník is quite good for its price. It has an excellent location — trams and suburban trains are nearby. There are also a few cafés in the area

Usually, in the hotels where I stay, there is an option to leave luggage before check-in in a designated luggage room. Here, we were simply asked to leave our bags near the reception desk, where they stayed until check-in. There was no separate luggage room. Early check-in was paid and cost €50, which is quite expensive. There were no slippers and no mini-fridge in the room. The bathroom was dusty, which suggests it was not cleaned properly. The toilet brush clearly needs to be replaced — it has definitely seen better days. There were holes in the bed linen. Another downside is the curfew from 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m., which is very inconvenient for tourists.
