Gorgeous gardens and facilities. I wanted to go somewhere that made me feel like I was in Indonesia not at some fancy hotel that could be anywhere in the world. Balinese feel, intimate, lots of nooks to explore, old world charm, friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, tasty food choices.
I struggled to get the air conditioner at an ideal temp overnight that wasnt too cold. We had to keep turning on and off.
The bed was a bit firmer than what we are used to. But the Bali Villa we were in was very comfortable otherwise, clean and very pleasing to stay in.

We loved our stay at this tranquil place. Our only regret is that we were only there for two nights.
The staff were super helpful and lovely... the food was AMAZING and the ambiance was sublime.
There were NO negatives for us. It was everything that we wanted.

The rooms and service unberlievable.
The staff member in the restaurant tells you to eat early so they can go home early. The restaurant clearly states till 9pm. It was very very annoying as it really destroyed the atmosphere. A lot of people were complaining.
They were stingy, not putting the right amount of alcohol.
