The condo was amazing! Great view and a full kitchen was amazing!!
The power went out, the slides were not working, signage was bad, staff was not helpful

Clean m, beautiful and lots to do
Some staff members like one shuttle driver and one server at the bside eatery were less than welcoming. A bit rude.

It was really big and pretty and we all family really liked the water park that was so good !
Some of the slides where closed and that was sad because they looked so good

That property is beautiful, grounds well kept. The way marine life is incorporated into everything is exceptional. Kids had a blast Rooms at the Reefs are big and comfortable but are a little tired.
Booking reservation said the room had ocean views. It didn’t. They didn’t honor this but offered and upgrade to harbor view. The harbor view was beautiful so I didn’t mind. The stove was broken from day 1 and they took a whole day to fix the situation. Jenni the second manager was very innericient. The next Dwight was very helpful and nice and finally solved the issue. Staff some vas extremely nice and other extremely rude.
