Everything you may need was in the room. Even before stay there, many informations were sent which were useful.
Not really.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
WhatsApp communication was very useful Called taxi for us when needed and provided helpful info like Korean address of the hotel for taxi Charging cables at reception and common area for microwave Staff were the most helpful people I’ve ever met
Recommend adding hooks or a rail to hang towel for second guest in bathroom

The location is very centralized, with a station just a 5-8 minute walk away. Lotte Department Store is just right behind, and the Seomyeon main commercial district is a 10-15 minute walk. You are not close to the noise but not far from all the activities. The hot tub fills and drains at a reasonable speed, and the room is overall spacious and comfortable
Nothing really qutie satisfied with my stay
