The hotel is located in a dreamlike setting. The spa is simply perfect. We loved that it was adults-only! The food was delicious and the staff were kind.
The mattress in the room could use replacing, and unfortunately the pillows are not very comfortable.

The location is good and the saunas are really good
The staff and the communication is very poor. You need to ask for everything several times. You come to the reception, get checked in, and literally do not get any information - from the location of your room, restaurant, spa, working hours, all needed to be asked. I also had a massage booked, and the lady was late, but did not extend the time to make up for it (so instead of a 60-minute massage I got a 45-50 minutes).
The second thing is that the size and number of the pools are quite misleading from the website and pictures. It’s just one small indoor and one even smaller outdoor pool, with the indoor pool area being very stuffy and with not-so-favorable odors.
