Good location near to public transport comfy beds nice neighbourhood quiet

Property was dirty and not cleaned. Steps are steep right from entering property to from the road to the room at first floor. Heating was not uniform across the property

Numa Amsterdam is a solid stay with a few character-building moments. There’s no staff on site, but messages were answered quickly, so at least someone’s watching the inbox. Bring your stair-climbing shoes because the workout is real and there’s no lift. (They call them stairs, but it's closer to a ladder). On the bright side, the room was mostly clean, the bed was comfy, and the heating worked very well (borderline sauna at times). If you’re okay with some quirks and a bit of cardio, it’s a decent place to crash in Amsterdam.
No luggage storage. Hot water in the bathroom/toilet sink decided to take a holiday, which wasn’t ideal. Some lights didn't work. Broken shower head holder. No ability to stream to the TV.
