Convenient location to the main train station. The breakfast trays gave it a very homey atmosphere. Very handy to be able to leave luggage before check in and after check out

Location, cleanliness, easy access, communicative staff.
You can hear the footsteps from upstairs. Also, the laundry people came in at 11pm on one of our nights and they were extremely noisy and woke us up from our sleep.

Overall it was a safe and clean accommodation.
The receptionist Nina treated us in a very cold manner, which could almost be called rudely. She made biased comments about our breakfast choice even before we expressed our wishes. The water machine was forbidden to be used to fill our water bottles, which was very strange and inconvenient. There were many broken stuff inside the room such as the curtain and the soap dispenser. There is much room to improve the facilities and the hospitality level.
