Gute Lage (ruhig, viel Natur, fußläufig zum Ortskern) Tolle Ausstattung (diverse Maschinen, Küchenutensilien, bequeme Betten) Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe Parkplatz vor dem Haus
Durch Dachgeschoßlage im Sommer naturgemäß ziemlich warm. Hat leider beim Schlafen gestört, da man das Schlafzimmer nicht gut (quer)lüften kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, nah an der Stadtmitte. Es war angenehm, dass sie bereits um 14 Uhr bezogen werden konnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, bei Fragen wurde sehr zügig geantwortet.
Möbel und Geräte waren überwiegend sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Z.B. beim Öffnen des Backofens fiel die untere Blende ab, das Gefrierfach hatte ein lose herabhängendes Dichtungsgummi. Das Schlafzimmer roch sehr muffig, es ließ sich aber aushalten, da das große Fenster durchgängig geöffnet werden konnte.
