The comfortable apartment is 57 m² in size and offers plenty of space for up to 2 people.
The apartment has upscale furnishings, for example, the kitchen is very extensively equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and refrigerator and freezer. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with electrically operated shutters, the floors are tiled to a high standard or are made of real wood or cork parquet.
We will be happy to welcome you with a cup of coffee or tea, both of which can be found in the apartment. Likewise, the beds are already freshly made on your arrival.
Washing machine and tumble dryer use possible (cost: 4 € per use).
This is a non-smoking property, smoking is not allowed in the entire apartment. Pets are also not allowed in the apartment.
