Location and breakfast were great!!!

Hot water was not consistent. We had to wait in between showers for the boiler to heat the water.

We loved our stay here! They let us check in early without a problem. There was heater and hot water in our room, not always available in Cusco! They also cleaned our room during our stay which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The hostal is an excellent location. It is near the Cusco arms plaza, however, it is quiet for a good sleep and rest. Most of the attractions are in walking distance. Some attractions are a little more walking, however, it is easy to get a Uber ride. The hotel manager was very nice and arranged us a nice room away from street such that we could have good sleep and rest. The breakfast is good with eggs, yougher, bread, etc.

The bath room is relatively small. However, we can handle it. It is in Cusco city center, understandable.

Nice location, close to city center. Staff was also very nice. Breakfast was okay. Room heating worked very well, and the room was decent size (bathroom was small though)

It was very poorly isolated, it was SUPER NOISY. you could hear everything. People walking upstairs, talking in the rooms/hallway outside.. also bad curtains so felt like people could peep into your room/hear you at all times. Cleaning service was also really bad: We stayed for a week yet they didn't change our sheets once and we had to specifically ask them for new towels, they didn't change them once without us asking. Also not always hot water. Finally we had a big spider in our bed the first day. Not hotels fault but still freaked us out a bit.
