I wish I could give this place a good review, but we had to leave after 1 night as our room on the ground floor had mold on the bathroom walls which gave us respiratory issues (not from altitude). Perhaps other rooms would be better.
I do want to say that Semana (sp?) was very kind and helpful to deal with and tried to find us a different room (no windows) in their other hotel next door. They stored our bags for 4 days prior to our arrival for free, and were very communicative and friendly the whole time.
The location was good - close to the main area and not on a steep hill.
When we looked for other rooms in the same price range we found many rooms on the ground floor had mold smell one another place told us that was normal. We did find alternate on 3rd floor with no mold smell.
