About this cottage rental
Petit Plaisir Cottage lies in a quiet residential area, only 10 minutes walk from the town center. We welcome you to come and enjoy our peaceful seclusion. Relax on the patio in the morning sun or at the pool with beautifully kept garden. The cottage will be serviced daily en we'll be around to answer to any need.
Petit Plaisir is a lovely base to do day trips to towns like Hermanus, Cape Town and explore the Winelands from.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Home made rusks and biscuits from my kitchen, as well as fruit and wine from the region is supplied.
Free wifi, cable tv and safe parking are included.
The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, Egyptian cotton and home made quilt. The bathroom with separate bath and shower is en-suite and basic amenities is supplied.
We live for the little pleasures!

We arrived to find an emaculate luxurious cottage, separate from the main house, which was also surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The king size bed was firm,
comfortable, and the linens of the highest quality. The separate living room and adjoining kitchen were spacious and relaxed. The owmere’s attnetion to detail was obvious throughout as revealed in the flowers situated in each room and quality provisions of coffee, teas and sweets along with the welcome bottle of wine.
I would suggest to all that a visit to South Africa’s Winelands include staying here. If one is considering whether to stay in Stellenbosch or Franschhoek, definitely choose the later and in particular stay at the cottage of Petit Plasir.

As above, plus lots of little extra touches, cottage serviced daily. Safe and secure, walked in and out of town each evening. Would like to return and will recommend to friends and family.

Lovely time at Petit Plaisir! The cottage was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Marlicia is a fabulous hostess... genuine, kind, and helpful. She was available, responsive to our needs, and happy to make recommendations and reservations for dining and activities during our stay in Franschhoek. We look forward to visiting again.
