Da quietude, da limpeza, funcionalidade de todo o estabelecimento. O atendimento da Kathie foi excelente e não tivemos nenhum constrangimento em toda a estadia. Apartamento lindo, confortável e muito acolhedor.

We stayed at this beautiful property in Franschhoek for two nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment was secure, enclosed, and felt incredibly safe. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had every facility we needed. You could tell that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable, and it offered excellent value for money. The location was perfect, with restaurants within easy walking distance, and access to the property was simple and convenient. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would love to visit again. Our children, aged 12 and 14, absolutely loved our stay. Katie was a wonderful host. She met us on arrival, gave us the keys, showed us around the entire property, and warmly welcomed us. She also shared some great recommendations for places to visit in the area, which we really appreciated. We felt so safe throughout our stay, and this property is truly a hidden gem. We highly recommend it and hope to return in the future.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr gut!

Den Namen "Close to Town" gibt es nicht! Die Adresse stimmt auch nicht. Wir sind mehr als eine Stunde die Strasse auf und ab gefahren, haben alle Passanten und auch die Polizei gefragt, wo wir "Close to Town" finden können. Niemand kannte uns helfen. Da wir auch keine Kontaktnummer in Franschouek hatten, waren wir bereits auf dem Weg, eine andere Unterkunft zu besorgen. Wie wir später hörten, ist dieses bereuts mindestens schon einmal passiert. Drch das Eingreifen eines Ehepaares haben wir alle in Frage stehenden Anlagen nochmals überprüft und kamen dadurch auf die richtige Anlage. Aber diese war durch ein Tor versperrt. Erst durch die Aufmerksankeit des Verwalters wurde dieses geöffnet. Er informierte auch Kathie über unsere Ankunft. Dass wir einen Tag später eine Anweisung mit den richtigen Daten bekamen, ist mehr als lächerlich. Durch die Verzögerung wurde auch der Das Dinner in einem Restaurant gestrichen. Ich erwarte von Ihnen einen Vorschlag über eine entsprechende Kompensation. Gruss Axel Urban
