The staff were excellent and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring their guests were happy and comfortable. Small issues were rectified immediately (changing a towel for example) and even when a more major problem occurred - a light "blew" and changing the bulb (which the staff came to complete within minutes) did not fix the problem, I thought it would take until the following day to fix as a complete light and fittings needed replacing. When I told the staff member that we would be out all the following morning, and they could have free access to the room, the response was "Don't you wanted it fixed today ?" There were 4 trips to our room by staff, including once by the manager to ensure the fault was being fixed, but within 90 minutes the complete light was replaced and the problem resolved, to our somewhat amazed satisfaction.
We noted to the manager before our departure after a 6-night visit, that the bed was particularly comfortable. He said that from October all rooms were being replaced with this type of new bedding, and the rooms were also being modernized. It is rare to find such an attentive staff, at any hotel and we would definitely return in the future.

Nothing we could reasonably fault. The rooms were a little older style but apparently are being renovated soon. In any case it was not a problem for us.

The staff was amazing and so was the apartment. I never booked a hotel myself before so when I asked a question about parking they guided me on where and how to park and helped save me a ton of money with parking fees which was very helpful. Whenever I asked a question or when I was confused about something they were very friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being judged.
I mentioned that me and my girlfriend was here for our anniversary and without even asking they threw in a bottle of bubbles, chocolate and a hand written note with no extra charge which was awesome

Location , close to hospital which was purpose of stay.
Accommodation dated. Only one chair . Not extremely clean.
