Lovely hotel for big or small families and very kind staff.

Such a lovely hotel, in the town centre but still peaceful. We are family of 5 and really enjoyed it. The kids were amazed with the swimming pool. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely will come back again.

Oranges and sea.

Comunication with the owner and the staff was great. Studio was basic and could be renewed regarding beds. Yard is just great. Beautiful plants and trees, pool and barbecue area. Location also great. 1.5 minutes max walk to the centar. In a way Kipos is a gem in Limenas.

No parking on the spot but public free parking is 2 minutes away by foot.

Nice place

Location and staff is perfect. An Albanian guy was nice. Car parking is not available however it is not difficult to find a place nearby. First room was nice with two floors, and with 1 large, 2 single bed. Kitchenette was quite enough.

Furnitures need to be refurbished. Second room we stay was a bit small, You may find better places for the similiar prices No1 room is not looking to the pool or front garden

Kipos review

Location is great, near city center but quiet neighborhood. Very clean rooms, good internet, nice pool. Chairs and tables around pool.

Did not feel very secure on ground floor studio. Old, rusty cooker, hardly working, no curtains over bathtub so complete bathroom is wet and slippery after taking shower. Fridge very small.

We didn't get the appartment from the pictures, but another one in the back. Terasses are very small. No view at all, at anything. The toilet doesn't flush well. The terasse light doesn't work.

Very nice

A quiet and cozy hotel with a very nice host, willing to help out with everything. The room where we stayed was big enough for 2 persons, with a fully equipped quicinette. The cleaning service was made daily, including the change of towels and bed sheets. The swimming pool was very clean and we used it even in the middle of the night.

Ideal location in the centre but in a quiet spot. Pretty pool area and the apartment was sufficient for my needs, it was serviced most days. Friendly host. I highly recommend Kipos.

Some of equipment Electric Kettle does not work, but it was not a big problem for me. Also no bedside lamps for reading

Настанихтв ни в приземния етаж, Беше обзаведено със стари мебели, много не уютно и неудобно, Гардеробът мирише много неприятно. В банята като си вземеш душ всичко се мокри. Прането и хавлиите трябваше да проскаме в градината, където всички други гости минават. Всяка сутрин към 07:30-08:00часа се събуждахме от тропане местене на столове и маси и плоскане на вода, явно почистваха около басейна, но се чуваше много силно. В стаята се чуваха всичйи хости, коиъо преминаваха. Беше ужасно!

Otopark sorunu mevcut. Tesis otopark sunuyor ancak ücretli. Ücretini biraz düşürseler otoparklarını kullanabilirdik. Tahsis edilen otoparkları hep boştu.
