    They welcomed us and provided area to get refreshed before actual check in later part of the day. Upgraded the rooms to support our comfortable stay.

    I was very excited to re-visit Claridges after 10 years, however, the lack of integrity, and the lack of time management ruined the stay for us. From providing a room much smaller than we booked, and then acting like they were doing us a favour - when in actual fact they were overbooked - started off our stay terribly, and only after getting annoyed was this resolved. However, no follow up was made, and no apology was provided. Secondly, booking one of their restaurants was a mission in itself. They advised about an hour waiting time, and then when we went, they advised it would be another hour or two. It seems that only when you get angry do people listen to you. Even though the staff were very friendly, the whole experience was dampened due to these issues.
