    The room was spacious excellent. But not an iota of space in hotel to roam about. No lobby no park nothing at all, verrrry congested breakfast place. But room was pretty spacious and nice. Service moderately acceptable.

    The property though is old world type. However it carries its wampth with large rooms and good .warm staff. A pleasant experience indeed

    Our stay at Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived at 2:00 AM, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. After a long journey, that heartfelt reception made us feel instantly at home. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of every single staff member. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help—no matter the time of day or night. We were travelling with our baby, and despite the late hour, the hotel ensured fresh food was prepared for him at 2 AM. Every request we made was fulfilled with a smile, making our stay completely stress-free. A special mention goes to the team at Yellow Brick Road. The food was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. Priti, Yash, Deepa, and Uma made our dining experience truly memorable with their warmth and thoughtful recommendations. Their suggestion to try the Idli Chaat was absolutely brilliant—it was our first time having it, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our culinary experience. What touched our hearts the most was how lovingly everyone interacted with our baby. Almost every staff member greeted him with a smile, shared a few kind words whenever they saw him, and made him feel so welcome. He genuinely loved being there, and as parents, that meant the world to us. Thank you to the entire team at Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions for creating such wonderful memories. Your hospitality goes far beyond great service—you made us feel like family. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.
