Hotel is nice, however given range of services and quality would class it more as a 3* premium rather than what one might expect from a 4*. No major issues, but not an exceptional stay either. Highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet which was superb and offered many options. Get breakfast in your rate, it is worth it.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable but unfortunately spoilt by a vent in the ceiling that made a very efficient sound tube that transported sound from a loud group in another room to right above our heads in bed. Staff did try and help and also tried to find an alternative room for us but as the hotel was very full neither of the options they could provide were suitable. Walls must be quite thin as the following night we could hear people in the room next . Breakfasts were very busy and one staff member seemed to be feeling the stress and was quite grumpy.

Hotel is Nearby main attractions all within walking distance, friendly staff, laundry service was available, nice place to relax and recharge after exploring the city, supermarket are also easily available within the area

Photos of room shown here on Agoda website are different from actual room. When we contacted the reception/hotel staff they said this issue often comes. They said it is mistake of Agoda and when we contacted Agoda they said upload pictures of room they will see what they can do. And hotel staff said Agoda customer often face these type of issues. It's better not to book thru Agoda. See pictures of Room on different site and then book
