Mom's Guesthouse

I enjoyed my stay at Mom’s guesthouse. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great for a peaceful space to eat breakfast each morning or to get some work completed whilst enjoying the weather. I was impressed by the exceptional level of service I received by the owner. He was kind, very attentive and he recommended and arranged a wonderful trip for me. His family were also very lovely, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Booking.com shows that the rooms have TVs, but there wasn't one in the room. I asked the hotel owner, and he said they removed the TVs after COVID. I don't understand what COVID has to do with TVs. The room is very basic and needs a complete renovation. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, and they didn't even replace it; it's a very cheap thing, why didn't you replace it? You know how to take money from customers, please learn to show some respect too.
