Pokój zaskoczył na plus, był po remoncie, w ofercie na zdjęciach przed remontem. Zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty oraz lodówka w pokoju
Mały minus... Śniadanie podstawowe, brak ciepłych dań, ciasto ze sklepu typu rolada z folii.

Fin morgenmad og meget venligt personale. Rengøringen var helt i top. Og værelset kan vi ikke klage over - vi fik nærmet en slags mini suite - da værelset egentlig var beregnet til kørestolsbruger.
Vores udsigt på balkonen blev en anelse "forstyrret" af taget over spisesalen - men udsigten var stadig fin.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Sassnitz, das Personal war super nett und freundlich, auch für den einen und anderen Spaß zu haben, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ordentlich und zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war völlig okay und Ausreichend, es gab genügend Auswahl an Speisen
Das der Parkplatz ca. 5 Gehminuten weg war, und die Lampe am Spiegel im Bad nur geflackert hat, ist aber Jammern auf hohen Niveau

The staff were not overly helpful. For example, the receptionist had little knowledge of the local public transport system.
The staff should recall the aphorism: ‘ the customer is always right! ‘
The overall feel and furnishing of the property was reminiscent of student accommodation.
