Clearly nothing

The whole room was dirty. Appliances broken. Hair on the mat. A nightmare.

The room was clean, well equipped and the bed was quite cozy. I'd been a bit worried initially after seeing some previous guests posting pictures of mould on the walls, but had no other options as I was booking spontaneously. It seems like I was lucky, because my room had none.

I really appreciate having the option of self check-in. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my room number anywhere - neither in the Booking.com app nor in any of the confirmation or info emails, rendering that option rather useless. Reception was closed at the time, which is fair and was mentioned beforehand. When my messages via Booking.com and WhatsApp went unanswered, I eventually had no choice but to investigate further. I awkwardly walked in on the "Loco Latin Party" that was taking place downstairs. The staff member (?) I encountered was clearly well acquainted with the bar menu, but admittedly friendly and helpful, and so I finally got access to my room. Thanks to the rather thin walls, the room offered an unexpectedly immersive Daddy Yankee concert experience. ¡Arriba!

The room was clean, the bar downstairs was convenient, the location was good, staff were good, it was easy to check in and out, on site parking was a bonus.

The shower rail was broken, however the bath was sufficient.

Parking

U was cold the whole nighy, had to sleep with my jacket on due to the duvet being super thin and mind you no heater. There is a bar downstairs that make so much noise until midnight. When i showered the whole bathroom floor was wetand i couldnt close the door. For the price this is not worth it.

The room was at least clean

The reception, the endless loud music until well after midnight. Checkout was non available with note on the reception door that it would not open until 11:00. Asked several times verbal and per email for an invoice but no response.

The room was clean and comfortable enough considering it's price and the general prices in Luxemburg. I did not use the bar but I assume it was great because the place is mainly a bar with rooms above it. Finally the free parking is spacious and it compliments the hotel.

I did not like that there was no breakfast and I had a strong dislike that there were no chargers to charge EVs in the parking. Finally as mentioned above, the place is mainly a bar and the music was loud. But luckily that was until around 11pm. So if you sleep after 11pm there is no issue but for someone who wants to rest earlier than that then this can be a problem.

The location of stay was just a single bus to city centre which was a good thing. There was proper heating and AC I the room which was a plus point.

There is a PARTY hall downstairs where ppl place LOUD MUSIC every night (at least during weekends when we booked our stay), the doors are not sound proof so you do hear the loud music in rooms. This should have prominently mentioned in the description of hotel but it was not. There is not curtains in bathroom which makes the water flow put from bathing area to all over place in bathroom.
