Villa Thetis

Nice villa. It was clean and there were all necessary facilities. The outdoor table with chairs was super comfy for evening talks and drinks.

The villa was big and clean. All was good in our stay. It was just like on the pictures.

- nice internal spiral stair made of solid wood - plenty of space, you have the whole villa for yourself - very close to Pachis, the best beach in Thassos IMO, the main reason we booked this property

- this property isn't new as the pictures and description (welcoming guests since Apr 24, 2019) try to induce; in fact it is quite old, the walls look like were painted 10 years ago and the furniture looks older than that - cheap bathroom objects, taps or shower head - no sound insulation, we could easily hear the noise from taps, flushing toilets or creaky doors all over the house, especially at night; we could even hear the neighbors next door talking, walking the stairs or using the toilet - we run out of hot water since the first evening; as far as I understood if hot water from the solar panels runs out, an electrical heater should take over, but it didn't work - not so clean as we expected, the whole place looks shabby - there are lizards inside house, we've seen at least two of them, mother and baby I guess:)) anyway they are harmless, but tell that to a 4 year child... - WiFi only works upstairs, downstairs the signal is way too weak - there are some electrical cables and plumbing pipes ON the walls, NOT inside walls as it should! - this place has potential BUT it needs complete renovation and new furniture
